1. Open Internet Explorer.
2. Click on the "tools" dropdown.
3. Click on "Internet Options".
4. Select the "General" section.
5. On "Temporary Internet files" click "Delete Cookies".
6. Click "Ok" when prompted to delete all the cookies in the folder.
7. Click "Ok" to exit.
